No, First&Sold is not an iBuyer. First&Sold pre-purchases your next home for you so you can move in and we can list and sell your old home the traditional way.
iBuyers and flippers make money by buying homes low and selling them for fair market value. When we pre-purchase the home for you, we transfer it back to you at the same price we purchased it plus the convenience fee and carrying cost reimbursements. If you choose not to add them on to the price, you can add it to your closing costs instead.
First&Sold’s Buy Before You Sell program is available to homeowners across the Las Vegas Valley. Including Henderson and North Las Vegas. Some homes in Lake Las Vegas and Boulder city may qualify.

Yes, you are welcome to use your lender. Since First&Sold is taking a risk pre-purchasing a home for you we do require our lender to pre-approve you first.
