After two decades of selling Las Vegas real estate, we started to ask ourselves if Vegas was the right place for us.
So, we did what everyone does and used dozens of online resources to try and determine where to visit.
After weeks of research, we booked a ticket and flew to Pittsburgh. In 4 days, we crossed four states and totaled 750 miles of driving, ending in Raleigh, NC.
In the end, we didn’t fall in love. But we realized there needs to be a better source for finding and researching new places.
So, First&Sold expanded from a local real estate brokerage to the top online resource for new movers.
